Michael Boggiano, is an integral piece of WealthCare Financial. Michael entered the Financial Services Industry working for a Fortune 100 company. After a few years, Michael’s client list grew primarily focusing on Physicians and hospital executives. As Michael’s success flourished in the industry he shortly became one of the founders and managing members of WealthCare Financial.
Michael was able to grow WealthCare Financial into one of the leading firms in the industry who primarily work with Physicians and other medical professionals. With his experience in the business he has helped grow and expand the company’s already thriving business. He has developed a passion for helping families achieve their financial and retirement goals.
Michael was born and raised in South Florida and currently resides in Boca Raton, FL. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Also, he is an avid sports fan (Miami Dolphins) and enjoys golfing.
Shaun Tarzy has spent over 15 years helping his clients ensure that they are planning for retirement and saving for their loved ones. While interning at MassMutual, a Fortune 100 firm, Shaun found his passion for financial services. He is a founding member of WealthCare Financial, which focuses on helping prepare physicians for their financial goals through retirement planning.
Shaun holds a 2-15 insurance license and is a Registered Investment Advisor. He graduated with honors from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in finance and marketing.
Shaun has lived in Boca Raton most of his life and was recently married. He and Alexis love traveling the world, eating exotic foods, and collecting mineral specimens.
Ed J. Boggiano MBA, CLTC
Eduardo (Ed) Boggiano, with over 30 years in the business world and 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, brings his expertise as a Financial Advisor and Managing Partner to WealthCare Financial. As a successful Registered Investment Advisor, Ed uses his investment experience to advise Foreign Nationals, Corporate Executives and 401k Plans.
Ed is a graduate of the University of New Haven, Connecticut with a bachelor’s in science in Industrial Engineering. He also holds a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) also from the University of New Haven.
Ed has been living in Boca Raton Florida since 1989, married to his wonderful wife Frabel with four children Michael, Rainer, Dariana and Kyle. Ed is also a proud granddad for three beautiful little girls, Keilani, Julissa and Madison Grace. His passions include high school and college football, Italian cooking and traveling, specially to the wonderful island of Saint Martin in the Caribbean along with his wife Frabel.
Karl Hoover is an integral part of our marketing team. He graduated from Appalachian State University’s College of Business with a BSBA major in Marketing. He joined the FIG team in 2001, after a few years of selling Life Insurance to the Mortgage markets here in North Carolina and Northern Virginia. This experience enabled him to understand the commission based business, and the importance of product support and knowledge from a good FMO. He has been helping quality advisors reach their goals for over a decade now.

Jaren Kiser, CFP®
VP - Financial Planning (AlphaStar Capital Management)
Jaren joined Alphastar as Vice President of Advisor Consulting. In this role, he serves as coach, coordinator and cheerleader to our advisors, helping them to build thriving advisory practices and to make the most of their relationship with Alphastar. Jaren has a passion for holistic financial planning and for the impact it can have in the businesses of our advisors as well as in the lives of their clients.
Jaren holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. His diverse history of sales, financial planning and business ownership lends a wealth of experience and expertise to Alphastar and our advisor teams.
Outside of his professional life, Jaren enjoys spending time with his family and his church. He is also an avid reader and fitness enthusiast who enjoys running, working out and being active.
Tony Parish, CFA®, CQF
Chief Investment Officer (AlphaStar Capital Management)
Tony joined Alphastar as Chief Investment Officer and acts as Chair of the Investment Committee and overseeing and guiding Alphastar’s investment policies, money manager partnerships, and portfolio model offerings.
Tony brings a wealth of experience to the Alphastar team, most recently having worked with Sage Advisory Services in Austin, TX as the Director of Quantitative Strategies; helping manage multiple objective-based investment strategies and serving on the firm’s Investment Committee, providing input on ~$12.5 billion of AUM. Previously, Tony worked in product development and analytics with Deutsche Asset Management, Credit Suisse, and OppenheimerFunds in New York City. He is passionate about working on financial data science projects (yes, really), and he specializes in quantitative modeling of multi-asset portfolios. Before moving to portfolio management, Tony began his career as a financial journalist, leading an editorial team for Investor Relations Magazine.
Tony is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and holds a Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF). He earned his MBA, with a concentration in Finance, from Fordham University in New York, a Certificate in Data Science from the University of Washington, and a BFA from Concordia University in Montreal.
His favorite activities include movie-watching with his wife Bethany and son Robert, as well as recording buttery R&B bass tracks with his Rickenbacker bass.
Hillary Kessler, ESQ, MBA, MSF

Hillary is originally from a small rural town in Iowa. She moved to Florida as a child and has spent the past 23 years growing here. She graduated from the Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law and obtained her Juris Doctorate degree in December 2014. She then went on to graduate from Florida International University with both a Master’s Degree in Business and a Masters Degree In Finance in December 2016. She also maintains the following licenses: 2-15, Series 7 and Series 66.
Hillary currently lives in Miami in the heart of the city. She enjoys cooking, spending time with her friends, and soaking up the city lights at night.

Director of Life Insurance
Andrew is the key to understanding and placing life insurance with the correct company depending on what the clients needs are. He joined the FIG family after graduating from Appalachian State in 2012 with a major in Business Administration and Economics. He started his career at FIG as a sales assistant, providing support for the rest of the sales team and learning under one of FIG’s most senior sales consultants. In January of 2014 Andrew was promoted to his current role as a sales consultant and began building his book of business. Having spent his entire career at FIG allowed Andrew to have a strong understanding of how his advisors conduct their business, and how he can help them implement life insurance into their clients retirement plans. Andrew was born in Charlotte, North Carolina and spent most of his childhood growing up in the Lake Norman Area. He now resides in Cornelius with his wife Erin, and their daughter Norah.

Natalie has a passion for customer service and financial services, she spends her days assisting our advisors with opening new accounts, processing paperwork, and answering any questions that may arise! She is a dedicated member of the team always striving to provide the best service possible and enhancing efficiencies for our advisors.
Natalie attended the University of Missouri. She graduated with a finance and banking degree. She has her SIE and series 63. She was born and raised in Orlando, Florida.
In her free time, she likes to spend time with friends and family.

Wesley is a graduate of Appalachian State University in Boone, NC where he received a Bachelor of Science in Advertising, and a Minor in Marketing. He is a member of our annuity department and specializes in assisting agents with case construction, product selection and generating sales ideas. His primary goal is to make his agents’ job easier. Director of Operations
Heather is the director of operations and assists the entire team to ensure that they are able to provide elite service to each and every one of our clients. The team relies on Heather to ensure that every policy meets the standards of Wealthcare Financial as well as its clients.
Her experience as direct of operations has made her a pivotal part of the team for over five years and she assists team members throughout the state of Florida.
Amy is the glue that holds it all together. As office manager, she makes sure that every member of the team is on top of each project, providing the best quality service possible to each client. She is also responsible for ensuring that every client of Wealthcare Financial receives updates on the status of their plans, new opportunities as they come available and can schedule a call or meeting with their representative.
Luna, is alway happy to greet anyone that comes to the office. She loves treats, belly rubs and chasing squirrels and did I mention treats. Luna is a weimaraner and has been part of our family for the past 13 years.
